Exclusions :

Trips exceeding 15 days from registered legal residence without prior information to SGNIHH.
While SGNIHH is always ready to extend assistance, the response time is directly co-related to other factors like distance, location, reach, communication system at the place of eventuality. SGNIHH is not liable in case the required service could not be provided owing to such factors, riots, strikes or other natural/un natural conditions that cause hindrance.
SGNIHH is a TPA which aligns the factors to provide service. All consulting physicians are independent service providers for whom SGNIHH is not liable for the response. SGNIHH team will arrange for the best possible assistance under the situation.

All services as listed under Key Assistance Services shall be arranged and provided by SGNIHH. Any reimbursement claim for services taken from any other service provider will not be accepted. For any service, mentioned under Key Assistance Services provided by SGNIHH, card holder is not liable for any payment.
